Beyza (from Germany) received her B.Sc. in Biology from the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf. Afterwards she completed her M.Sc. at the Ruhr-University in Bochum. She is currently studying the damage-regulated microproteins in endothelial cells in the framework of the SFB 1531.
