Janina (Germany) received her B.Sc. in Biosciences from the Fresenius University in Idstein. Afterwards she studied Molecular Medicine (M. Sc.) at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main and performed her master’s thesis at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. She joined Prof. Dr. Biblis group in 2022 and is studying the impact of SLC-family transporters in retinal angiogenesis and retinal induced laser injury.
